An art centre in an eighteenth-century mansion
Located near the Cours Mirabeau thoroughfare, the Hôtel de Caumont is one of the finest mansions in Aix-en-Provence. Extending from the Cour d’Honneur to the gardens and the historic rooms, the itinerary recreates the refined atmosphere of the eighteenth century. It holds major temporary exhibitions devoted to major artists in the history of art, from the fourteenth century to the present day.
