If you have a question about your current order, would like to make a claim, or be reimbursed, send us your request using our contact form.

After-sales service is available from Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm.

Due to the large number of requests, response times are extended. Until you hear from us, please refer to the FAQ for the site concerned.

In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, our tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable except in cases of force majeure (covid, cancellation/problem due to the organiser, strikes, natural disasters, major political events).
